This panel depicts Krishna and Yashoda. Yashoda is in a white sari, clad in a white sari, and is looking at Krishna. Krishna is standing there with a small vessel filled with milk or butter, with a mischievous expression in his face. Most of the panel is damaged.

Narrative

Mythological Tale: Kamsa the king of Mathura, learns that he will die at the hand of his nephew. In a bid to save the baby, krishnan’s father exchanges his newborn with that of Nandagopan and Yashoda’s child. Yashoda unaware of the truth, raises krishnan as her own. She appears as a doting mother.
