Purnathreesha form of Vishnu, as depicted in this panel, is a replica of the same image from Tripunithura Sri Poornathrayeesha Swami Temple, which is associated with the Cochin royal family. The image depicts four-armed Vishnu, holding shankha, chakra, lotus flower as well as a gada or mace. He is wearing a yellow dhoti with green and red bands and a crown over his head. He is seated above Anantha and is worshipped by Garuda and a sage, respectively. The room is called Tripunithura Appan Room. Room belonged to the god of Tripunithura temple.

He holds a shankhu in his upper left hand. He holds a chakra in his upper right hand. His lower right hand holds the blooming lotus flower. His lower left hand holds a gada or mace. The underside of both his palms and feet are reddish in color. He is wearing a garland made of flowers. To his right, there is green-skinned Garuda with a red-colored beak looking up at the image of Vishnu. To his right is a golden-skinned sage with beard and long mustache and long beard. He is wearing his hair up in a bun. He is wearing a red-colored upper cloth as well. His hands are raised up in Anjali Mudra.

Mythological Tale: This is an replica of Purnathrayeesha idol found in Trippunithura in Kochi. The image is of Vishnu seated on top of Anantha. Anantha has five hoods, which are raised up above Vishnu's head. Vishnu is green-skinned, wearing a yellow dhoti with red and green bands on the upper portion of it. He is holding a Sudarshana chakra in his upper right hand. In his lower right hand, he is holding a blooming lotus flower. In his upper left hand, he is holding a shankhu or conch shell. In his lower right hand, he is holding a mace or gada. He is wearing a garland of flowers. To his left and right, there are two more figures. Garuda appears to the left of the panel. He is identified by his distinguished red-colored beak. To the right there is a sage, whose hands are raised up in Anjali mudra.
