Purnathreesha form of Vishnu, as depicted in this panel, is a replica of the same image from Tripunithura Sri Poornathrayeesha Swami Temple, which is associated with the Cochin royal family. The image depicts four-armed Vishnu, holding shankha, chakra, lotus flower as well as a gada or mace. He is wearing a yellow dhoti with green and red bands and a crown over his head. He is seated above Anantha and is worshipped by Garuda and a sage, respectively. The room is called Tripunithura Appan Room. Room belonged to the god of Tripunithura temple.
