Though resembling Mahavishnu, this is a image of Dhanvantari. Dhanvantari has four arms and is holding a shankha and chakra in his upper arms. In his lower arms he is holding a vessel filled with amrita and a sprig of a herb in his other hand. He is wearing a yellow garment and a floral garland as well.
