Unidentified Figure

This is a heavily damaged, incomplete panel, and it is unable to discern what the depiction is about. We can see faint. It is possible to see faint outlines of blue-skinned figure wearing jewelry of different kinds, including a crown. He seems to be in a seated position on top of a chair, perhaps.
